Candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate’s degree in administration, International Business or a related field. A related AML certificate, background in the financial services sector, and knowledge of the industry would be an asset.

- Assist in reviewing the reliability and integrity of financial information.
- Assist to set up general ledger accounts with the required account numbers, account description, and accounting transactions in QuickBooks.
- Assist in posting deposits, check disbursements, bank charges, revenue, expenditures, payroll, and intercompany transactions in QuickBooks.
- Assist in the preparation of the general ledger account balances with subsidiary accounting reports including bank reconciliations, fixed assets register, prepayment schedules, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and related party reports.
- Assist in preparing payroll and payroll-related activities, including recording the accounting entries and preparing monthly tax returns.
- Assist in preparing the monthly Income and Business Tax, General Sales Tax, Social Security Contributions, PAYE Tax, Contract Tax returns, and other relevant returns that may be required from time to time to the Governmental Authorities.
- Assist in preparing monthly in-house financial statements in accordance with IFRS and management reports as required.

- Assist in researching different laws that may be applicable to various client matters that may arise from time to time.
