Heber Sanchez

Heber Sanchez is a finance and operations professional with more than fifteen years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, corporate administration, regulatory compliance, and business operations. He serves as Finance and Operations Manager for the Moore Group of Companies, providing leadership across finance, treasury, corporate administration, and operational functions while supporting the strategic objectives of the Group. 

Heber has developed particular expertise in the formation, administration, and ongoing management of corporate entities, as well as the compliance and governance requirements applicable to international business operations in Belize. His experience working with international clients, financial institutions, regulatory authorities, and corporate service providers has given him a strong understanding of Belize’s regulatory environment and the importance of delivering efficient, compliant, and client-focused solutions. 

Having progressed through several roles within The Group, Heber brings a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s financial and operational functions. His experience includes financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury management, budgeting, audit coordination, internal controls, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. 

Heber holds a Bachelor of Business Science in Accounting from the University of Belize and an Associate Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from St. John’s College. Fluent in English and Spanish, he combines strong technical expertise with a practical, results-oriented approach to help clients and organizations navigate complex financial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
