Natalia Reshetina is a highly experienced audit and accounting professional with more than twenty-one years of experience in the profession. She has been actively engaged in auditing since 2005, including nine years with Moore Stephens CIS Russia, where she gained extensive experience working with organizations across a diverse range of industries and operating environments.
Her professional experience spans banking and credit unions, pension plans, shipping, construction and real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, retail, and non-governmental organizations. This diverse industry exposure has equipped Natalia with a broad understanding of the financial, operational, and regulatory considerations that influence organizations across different sectors.
Since joining Moore Belize LLP, Natalia has played a significant role in the successful delivery of the Firm’s banking audit engagements, drawing particularly on her extensive financial services experience. As Senior Audit Manager, she provides leadership throughout the audit process, from engagement planning and fieldwork through to completion and quality review. She also contributes to advisory and compliance engagements, bringing a disciplined and solutions-oriented approach to complex assignments.
