We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to oversee and implement the Group’s compliance policies and procedures as well as develop the Compliance Department into a fully functional compliance unit. Candidate will be responsible for the Group’s compliance function and AML/CFT services. This post plays a critical role in ensuring the organization’s adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as promoting an ethical and compliant corporate culture.

Qualifications
The candidate should possess at least 5+ years’ working experience with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or related position. Candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate’s degree in administration, International Business or a related field. A related AML certificate, background in the financial services sector, and knowledge of the industry would be an asset.

The successful candidate will need to have prior experience in a role that encompassed the following responsibilities:
- Proven knowledge of appropriate legislation and regulation pertaining to the AML/CFT and IFS industry.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills along with sound decision-making and research skills.
- Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft suite, Outlook and a data management software.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish will be considered an asset.
